As a formative assessment, the concept inventory should inform us what you would need to know before we start the next unit. In order to encourage you to improve upon your initial score on the concept inventory, I'm offering points for improvement:
- Completion: 4/5 You'll receive 4 points for completion the first time.
- Improvement: 5/5 If you take the quiz again, and improve your score, you'll receive 5 points.
Pay attention to the detailed results it gives you at the end of the quiz before you rush into taking it again. Start the semester with a solid 5/5.
ENERGY PRE-TEST
For homework over the weekend, due Monday night, all classes should take the Energy Pre-Test, also on Its Learning. 15 true/false questions to simply get an idea of your background knowledge related to energy. You'll get 1 point for completing the pre-test, and you may only take it once. Next week we are done with surveys and quizzes and finally get started with the unit!
