Linear motion test grades were posted on the portal Sunday night. Now is the time to reflect, celebrate successes, and course-correct where necessary. In the spirit or course-correction and improvement, students have the opportunity to improve their test grades.
Additional problems were provided (tomorrow for A period) which provide the opportunity to earn 1/2 the points back that were lost. For example,
- 50% could potentially become a 75%
- 60% could potentially become an 80%
- 70% could potentially become an 85%
- 80% could potentially become a 90%, and so on...
The first two short answer questions offer 1/2 the points back on the multiple choice section, and the rest of the problems offer points back on the open response problems. They will be graded and points will be awarded proportionally. All problems must be completed for credit, even if you got it right on the test. This cannot lower the grade in any way, and is optional.
